I am in l-o-v-e lust with govind armstrong, ever since weeping over his shortrib grilled cheese sandwich at the bar of his LA restaurant, Table8. the recipe is in his new cookbook, and though i doubt i will ever make it, there are plenty of other good things to make for summer dinner soirees.

The secret to a woman's heart (and stomach) is in this book...and it's on page 204, What dish specifically: It's the grilled cheese sandwich (with pulled pork and red onion marmalade). The book's recipes cover all of the different dishes that Govind serves at his Table 8 restaurant (in LA and Miami), as well as a plethora of great tapas style dishes for every occasion and seduction.

If you just enjoy reading a well written food book with beautiful food pr0n, this is it.

And on a side note, if you live in LA or Miami, do yourself a favor and go to Table 8 and have dinner in the lounge. Wonderful food, beautiful people, taste bud heaven.
