Edamame makes a great snack. The kind I buy are already shelled, I use pop them in some boiling water, drain, salt and eat. Great alternative to a bag of chips or some other fattening snacky food.

Best snack! salty and with texture. Watch out when you eat them the first time... they have tons of protein... if your digestive track isn't used to soy, you may want to "take it easy" the first time around.
