De Petra Snake Lariat Necklace with Black Spinel

One of the oldest mythological symbols, the serpent represents renewal, regeneration and is thought of as the guardian for the sacred. This smooth snake is hand knotted with metallic silk treat and faceted spinel roundells, faceted green tourmaline and wrapped with gold fill wire on chocolate leather with hand hammered brass circle. Measures 20" long. Designed and created by Cynthia Sheridan (via shopflick)
