Wow! I love this piece!!! A two in one look that is so sweet, romantic and perfectly girly!! So looks like something the Gossip girls would wear too! Comes in classic navy and a light heather grey. I love the lace peeking out at the top and the tie at the neck that you can tie however you'd like! Perfect to dress up your jeans or trousers!
