This skull is made by D.L. & Co who are self-proclaimed modern alchemists. It's a bittersweet chocolate shell filled with your choice of scorched caramel, bitter brandied cherry or curious chilli center. Each skull is individually custom painted with colored cocoa butter to achieve the morbid result. As far as food art goes, this is pretty unique.
