I use the TRX with clients in the gym, outdoors and provide one for travel when my entertainment cliental is away from me, on tour or on a film location. For 3 Lbs ad less then a 2 month gym membership the TRX provides a full body workout, with over 300 exercises that are simple to learn. It is easy for a Navy Seal to use (TRX was created by a Navy Seal) or an elderly person. The difference is based on where you position yourself in relation to the straps and on the exercise you are suited to do. The concept behind the TRX is called, “suspension training” the use of your body weight suspended.
