Pumping Iron is a behind-the-scenes 1977 documentary that follows Arnold Schwarzenegger on his pursuit to win his 6th straight Mr. Olympia title. It did a lot for the bodybuilding community in terms of shedding some of the stigmas associated with it, exposing its aesthetic side, and revealing the strategy and preparation that goes into the competitive sport. It also stars Lou Ferrigno who played the Hulk on TV's "The Incredible Hulk".
