For smaller yards, it is much easier to pull this bad boy out than worry about gas and oil and starting and noise. Just seems ridiculous NOT to use it. (Over an acre, look into an electric)
Also, I will take this time to remind people to LEAVE THE GRASS CLIPPINGS ON THE LAWN! As long as the grass isn't so high that it's leaving huge clumps, those clippings are better for your grass (nitrogen=green) than any fertilizer. I'm an ex-landscape designer, so you can trust me. (via Ideal Bite)
