For sports-specific training, for rehabilitation, or just for a good old-fashioned effective leg workout, you’d be hard-pressed to find something better than the Quadmill. We’re talking no impact, no axial load (weight on your shoulders), and, frankly, no substitute.

The Quadmill is a unique fitness machine. It focuses on training the eccentric (the "negative") muscle actions of your lower body. Along with strength and anaerobic endurance gains, the Quadmill improves your muscles ability to absorb shock.

A great machine for all exercisers.
