  I like the illustrations in the book so much that I'd love to see a 2D animated movie of it. Camille Rose Garcia has that feel of old Disney—the Disney that took from fairy tale illustration styles of the 1920—which I love. p.s. nice eyelashes

    Three ! What a genius find ! I adore this book . . . and now I MUST have it ! ;-D I cannot sit still thinking about going to see the movie but now I can flip through this which may even be more visually satisfying ! Gorgeous find ! ;-D

  Alice is the mistress of wonderment, so it is no surprise that she so easily lends herself to reincarnation. In this case, Garcia's illustrations give her an upscale urban vibe (as if she had been born in #Brooklyn rather than the England of Lewis Carroll's time) that will appeal to lovers of Tim Burton and Ruben Toledo alike.
