Be super-green and use re-usable baby wipes! I use them all the time, just stick them in the wash with the cloth nappies/diapers. I thought it was good to use just water to wipe up my baby some of the time, rather than always be applying the substance-laden disposable wipes (although I use those too!) They have other brands besides this, or you could make your own.

These unbleached cotton flannel baby wipes are a wonderful thing. If you're cloth diapering, just wet with warm water before the diaper change and then toss it right in with the diaper laundry - so easy! They're handy even if you're not using cloth diapers though.. they're great for little spills, wiping noses, cleaning grubby hands & faces. They come in a plastic zippered case and are completely washable & reusable - great for the environment.
