This is a prohormone - a testosterone precursor very close to the effectiveness of the recently banned Androstenedione (you know, the stuff Mark McGwire was using). AMS Androsterone converts to testosterone which leads to increased muscle development. It also has fewer estrogenic side effects than similar supplements. I would still concurrently take chrysin as a precaution.
