best phone ever. i like to call people on it.

I can't say much for T-Mobile service but I absolutely LOVE this phone. There is slight learning curve but you'll get the hang of it within 2-3 days.

So many tools to get you organized. You can even invite other people to your "event reminders" (that is if you have someone in your life that occasionally needs a nudge or two to remember things...).
My favorite is the blackberry messenger, which is like texting but doesn't cost extra. I have a lot of friends who have blackberries and I refuse to pay texting fees.
Tmobile's best plan is 1500 anytime mintues. I never go over!

It's almost more crucial to my day-to-day than my laptop. And T Mobile has this amazing flat-rate for overseas email access - I checked my email about 100 times a day and sent loads of messages all the way from London to Mongolia this summer, for $20 a month. I'm sure that's the best deal I've ever heard of. And I love the Pearl versus the full-keyboard models - I had one of the bigger ones and it just felt like I was lugging around an extra computer. Er, that's a bit dramatic, but I definitely prefer this one.
