I have worked with lia sophia for over two years and have not had a problem like this at all. Please call lia sophia and take up your concerns with them. (their number is available on their website...www.liasophia.com) because this sounds like maybe the advisor was new and didn't process something right or a really bad alternative. Good luck!

On Nov 11 2007 I was approached by a church friend, Jackki Kennedy, who asked me to purchase Lia Sophia items for her party. I ordered 3 items from Tyshell Brisco Advisor # 018945. It is Jan 31, 2008 and I still have not received my jewelry. To make matters worst my total merchandise costs $96.00. However Tyshell processed at total of $199.60 against my credit card. When I call her phone number 302-562-3593 her mail box is full. Jackki told me she's been trying to work with a Lia Sophia representative, but nothing is resolved. I want my $199.60 back and I no longer want this merchandise. I never seen anything like this before in my life. It is totally unbelievable.
