great fun and fast play - a bit like scrabble, but you are playing independently..

Bananagrams is a fast and fun word game that requires no pencil, paper or board. Just pour the word tiles onto a table and you're ready to go! One hand can be played in as little as 5 minutes, so it's great even in small doses. Each player plays independently, but simultaneously with other players to create a collection of connecting words. Use up all your tiles and shout, "Bananas!" to win. Great family fun as well as being stimulating and educational. Now make like a banana and split! 144 tiles and instructions come in a portable banana pouch.

We keep this game handy for rainy days at our house. It's fun to play and is really good for slightly older kids all the way through adults. It's a staple of our board game nights. (via Coppin's Hallmark)
