I've been eating this since I was a kid and I love it! I still use during the holidays to make cornbread stuffing. And the best part is that its still really cheap. Less than a dollar a box, and in some cases around 60 cents. (via Jiffy)

I give this a thumbs up!! It's extremely inexpensive to make corn muffins with this mix and the overall product is great. Muffins turn out soft and moist.

I always forget how much I love me some Jiffy cornbread until I get lazy. I like to make cornbread from scratch, but why when Jiffy can come to my rescue.

My lil southern momma use to make this for us all the time and it is still just as good. You can also use it to make corn griddle cakes! Holla!
