  Okay, now I'm just dreaming. You don't really need a stand mixer to make cupcakes, in fact I make them by hand all the time. But if you can afford it and you have the space, they're probably the greatest thing ever invented.

  What can you say about these mixers? Only that they are great, I have this in white and I also have the professional mixer in silver. Worth every penny!!!
