its a pretty cool device but at my work place i need more sophisticated type to communicate with my boss im hearing impaired too and becoming a supervisor in the usps so if you are interesting in this product ...i bought it for 700 dollars ill sell it for 500 dollars not too many of these left you just have to buy the sims card everything is included in the box.
