Made locally here in Kansas City, MO --- I have never seen such beautiful chocolates with such decadent flavorings.

Banana Curry:
Fresh bananas spiced with exotic Indian curry powder

Champagne:

Moet and Chandon Champagne blended with dark and milk chocolate into a creamy ganache

Macadamia Praline:

Caramelized macadamia nuts blended with milk chocolate and Hawaiian Pink Sea Salt

Pineapple:

Milk chocolate blended with fresh tropical pineapple and a splash of white rum

Vanilla Bean:

Caramel infused with Tahitian vanilla beans

Venezuelan Spiced Caramel:

Caramel infused with a chili-spice blend.

Fresh Lime:

A milk chocolate ganache infused with fresh lime juice and zest.

Venezuelan Dark:

Ganache of 70% cacao from Venezuela.

Caramel with Fleur de Sel:

A soft caramel ganache made with French sea salt.

Cabernet Caramel:

Caramel made with a rich Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley.

Yuzu:

Chocolate ganache filled with Japanese citrus fruit.

Lavender Caramel:

Caramel infused with French lavender

Tanzanie:

Ganache of 70% cacao from Tanzanie

Strawberry-Balsamic Caramel:

Strawberry puree cooked to a golden caramel and seasoned with balsamic vinegar from Modena.

Russian Tea:

A dark chocolate ganache infused with black teas and scents of citrus, bergamot and spices.

Passion Fruit:

Caramel made with the tropical taste of passion fruit.

Persian:

Almond marzipan with a Persian spiced ganache....saffron, clove, cardamom, cinnamon and orange blossom.

Venezuelan Spice:

Dark ganache infused with a chili-spice blend.

Rosemary Caramel:

A soft caramel infused with fresh locally grown rosemary.

Raspberry:

A layer of fresh raspberry pate de fruit topped with a dark chocolate-raspberry infused ganache.

Coffee Caramel:

Caramel infused with fresh roasted coffee.

Bourbon Pecan:

Pecan marzipan topped with a dark chocolate ganache made with the best Bourbon whiskey.

Bananas Foster:

Just like the classic dessert....bananas and caramel flambeed with rum.

Dark Milk:

A creamy ganache made from a 51% dark milk chocolate.

Citrus Caramel:

Caramel infused with orange, grapefruit and tangerine.

Grand Marnier:

Chocolate ganache made with orange infused cognac.

Jamaican Rum:
