This site is so cool. For each vocabulary word you get correct you donate 20 grains of rice to help feed the hungry all over the world. How cool is that? The man who created this site is a programmer who already had a web site about the global effects of poverty. He was helping is teenage sons with their vocabulary homework, and thus he came up with the idea to help people's vocabulary and donate food to the hungry. Awesome! I'll also warn you this site is very addicting. This is one addiction however, where you are doing something good as well as learning and having fun.

So addictive! But you feed hungry children in the process, and improve your vocab.

I love free rice. It's a simple vocabulary game has grown to include other subjects from simple math to geography. Select an answer from a short list of choices. For each correct answer a certain amount of rice grains will be donated to impoverished countries around the world. You can learn and help people at the same time.

Answer trivia questions & do good while procrastinating! For each correct answer 20 grains of rice go to feed the hungry. A joint project of Harvard's Berkman Center, Poverty.com and the UN World Food Program.
