For twentieth-century fabrics, Reprodepot Fabrics is among several online firms offering vintage prints that, until now, could only be found at flea markets. They sell the wild Havana and Copacabana barkcloths from the ’40s and the not-at-all depressing Aunt Grace’s Spots from the ’30s. Don’t overlook decorator sources, however: Trade-only showrooms are beginning to carry mid-century modern too, in colors and patterns so accurately goofy, they’ll make you smile. I've been buying fabrics from Reprodepot for years and their selection is always eclectic, delightful and inspiring. From quirky holiday prints to super cool abstracts, there's something for every mood and occasion. They even carry marimekko fabrics, which are a bit more pricey but so beautiful. Reprodeprot also sells ribbon, trim, buttons, patches and crafty books. It's the perfect place to buy a gift or make one from all their great supplies.

A fab vintage fabric resource! You never know when you'll need some colorful fabric to add a little pop to your room. I'd had my eye on the Michael Miller print, Brady Blossoms in Pink (and Green) for some time. But by the time I had the perfect project for it (kitchen door curtain), it was sold out, so I had to resort to eBay. However, Repro Depot is such as resource not just for fabrics, but for inspiration. I highly recommend them and they are reknown across craft blogs everywhere!
