Most electronic devices still use energy, even after they're turned off. This handy power strip was designed to scan your pc's energy usage and knows when to automatically shut off other devices that do not require to stay on, such as printer, scanner, speakers, etc. There are outlet spaces for devices that need to remain on all the time as well. Brilliant.

This strip helps save you a ton off of your electricity bill! It costs about $40.00, but it pays for itself in a year, and keeps on giving you savings for years to come. You plug a main device into the main socket, think computer. Then all the things that you turn on when using your computer plug into the other sockets, think printer, stereo speakers, lamp, and the like. The smart strip has auto-sensors that sense when you turn off your computer. It then cuts off power to all of the auxilary devices, as well, saving you from wasting money on your printer's energy hungry ways.
