If you want color that goes on just like you see it in the container, then Urban Decay is perfect for you. When I was in high school I bought a bright blue ( I was in high school remember) from Urban Decay and that sucker went on bright! Probably a bit too bright for the way I was applying it but still.

I use Urban Decay's Matte Eyeshadow in Naked with a black liquid liner for a dramatic, classic look. It's also a great base color. You simply can't go wrong with this basic color.
