don't worry about all the nu-rave/blog house blogo-noise surrounding this album--if you like electronic music, pick this one up. it owes a lot to trance and blog house, but this is a smart, fun album, made organic-sounding with live instrumentation and melancholy lyrics that play off the ecstatic (and e-fuelled) vibes of the music. comparisons to the avalanches' "since i left you" are a little off, since this album draws from a much narrower range of genres, but it's definitely worth it.

Australian electro-pop that makes me wanna dance. This album has a cool, vintage feel to it as well, incorporating some disco and 80's beats with modern, non-obnoxious lyrics.
