Ruche bills itself as "a modern boutique with a vintage touch," which is completely accurate in more ways than one. Not only do the fashions and accessories at ShopRuche.com have a vintage-y look, but the entire online boutique has the feel of the most well-edited vintage boutique in town. In all honesty, there is not a thing on the site that I wouldn't love to own.
