Knork Flatware

Once you try a Knork, all other forks just aren't as satisfying. Each one is manufactured from a single piece of stainless steel, and has a sturdy, well-balanced heft in the hand. But the main draw of the Knork is the design of the tines - each side tine has a tapered, knife-like edge that allows you to cut and spear your food with the single utensil!

Love, love these. The idea just makes sense. I was a bit skeptical at first with a cross between a fork and knife but now I have to say I can't use regular forks.
One of my family members has mobility issues and cannot easily manipulate a fork and knife, so this is much easier for him to cut his own food instead of relying on others.
