I use this synthetic insulation jacket for everything- skiing, climbing, shopping, rain coat, warm insulation in super cold climates â and it packs into my hand and feels like you are wearing air. Patagonia sponsors my non-profit, ORE, with its 1% for the Planet Program, they donate 1% of sales to 350 grassroot non-profits, for a total of about 2.5 million a year!

When you gotta climb 5.11 with a your insulated jacket either dangling from your harness, or actually on your body, you want the best “bang for your buck” in relation to weight to insulation… this is the jacket. Light, compressable, and way warm.
