If you plan on exercising on your own during pregnancy and after giving birth, I highly, highly recommend this. It gives you 2 total body strength and flexibility workouts. And focuses on improving your core stability and maintaining pelvic integrity. It will show you basic and advanced variations of each exercise and modifications to the exercises for your 2nd and 3rd trimesters.
