Dead Like Me is one of the smartest and funniest dark comedies ever. Unfortunately, this show about death met an untimely demise itself (after only two seasons), so fans of the show have to either catch it in the land of reruns or purchase it on DVD. I own both seasons and I love everything about the show, especially the smart writing and the way that grief and death are handled in the show.

I LOVE this show. Georgie is such a little brat, but hey she's a teenager who died because she got hit with a toilet that fell off a plane... you'd be pissed too. Now she has a job as a grim reaper and has to take lives and watch as other pass on. This show was canceled to abruptly... they should bring it back!

This quirky dark comedy is equal parts "The Office" and "X-Files."
