Romantic adventures of neurotic New York comedian Alvy Singer and his equally neurotic girlfriend Annie Hall. The film traces the course of their relationship from their first meeting, and serves as an interesting historical document about love in the 1970s.

The film stars Woody Allen as Alvy Singer, Diane Keaton as Annie Hall, Tony Roberts ..as Rob and Carol Kane as Allison.

The inimitable Woody Allen and his genius at work in this clever and witty movie. A must-see..

"It's so clean out here."
"That's because they don't throw their garbage away, they turn it into television shows."

"What's with all these awards? They're always giving out awards. Best Fascist Dictator: Adolf Hitler."

"I don't want to move to a city where the only cultural advantage is being able to make a right turn on a red light."

"Annie, there's a big lobster behind the refrigerator. I can't get it out. This thing's heavy. Maybe if I put a little dish of butter sauce here with a nutcracker, it will run out the other side."

"Love is too weak a word for what I feel - I luuurve you, you know, I loave you, I luff you, two F's, yes I have to invent, of course I - I do, don't you think I do?"

I can't say that I am a fan of Woody Allen, but the is a 70s classic. Not the 1870s (whoever wrote this title...). It is important for the cannon so you should watch it.

Of course, one of the best movies of all times. This pseudo love story between Woody Allen and Diane Keaton is dysfunctional and charming and worth the watch (and rewatch and rewatch).

It would be fabulous to see you in a remake of this movie . . . and directed by Woody Allen ! :-D

My all time favorite.

Because in real life, love is never a story-book romance, but at least it can be well written.

Possibly my favorite movie of all-time. Woody Allen is at the top of his game and Diane Keaton should have been frozen in time as the legendary Annie Hall.

Of course, one of Woody Allen's greatest movies, and one of Diane Keaton's greatest performances. A great New York movie, but an even better New Yorker's vision of LA movie, which will forever be known as "a city where the only cultural advantage is being able to make a right turn on a red light."
