Superb Textiles, the products created by Sam Kasten Handweaver are out of the price range of most. They make high end textiles made in the USA by Americans the are the most amazing colors and textures.

I was at an apartment in Manhattan a few weeks ago, and the the rugs and the fabrics covering the furniture were all made by Sam Kasten. The hostess required everyone to remove their shoes (she supplied flips flops and slippers, but she strongly suggested that people go barefoot the experience of a Sam Kasten handwoven rug.

It was like walking on the soft buttery terrain of a babies bottom, that, if baby bottoms were the size of a large room.
