i love the biggest loser tv show. i would love to work out with jillian michaels but since that possibility is slim to none her videos are the next best thing. there is no denying her skills & results. (via amazon)

Due to getting up at 4:00 a.m. exercising at home is what is most convenient for me. I'm always looking for something new that will help me get in shape. Well this CD kicks my butt. Jillian Michaels is one of the instructors from the Biggest Looser. I have not watched the show, but I really like her and her no nonsense style. This DVD has 3 25 minute workouts. Even if you are a seasoned exerciser I recommend starting at Level 1 and doing it a few times just to get a feel for the DVD. You can then move up the levels. Each workout is only 25 minutes but it kicks your ass! She even says, for just 25 minutes it is not going to be easy if you want results and you have to work for it (which you will and you will see).

No one ever believed me until they tried it, but this work out kicks some serious ass! I even have some friends who are able to score the workouts on their cable provider's On Demand service.

I just worked out to this DVD this morning and man oh man! Jillian will work you. I was a little weary going into it, since I am typically a gym rat but this changed my ways. In the comfort of my own home Jillian was able to fully kick my ass. I am going to keep it up for the next 30 days so she can shred me into my bikini body.
