as much as i exercise, you'd think i'd drink lots of water. the reality is that i don't really like water. soft drinks weighed me down, and lack of water led to lackluster performance. that was before i discovered crystal light. now, i drink plenty of water b/c i mix in this heavenly flavor. and, i'm running beter than ever.
