My curiously drove me to buy this mascara. It is flying off the shelves in Japan and is now sold at Sephora (and only at Sephora). I can see why...its cool and different. This mascara consists of tiny little fibers that cling on to your lashes and make them look like falsies.

I tested it on one eye and compared them to my other eye with regular mascara; it does make your lashes longer. Looking like fakies that is to be determined...I have only used it once but I will keep you posted. (via Ask Fashion Kitty)

i can't remember where i read about this mascara, but it's supposed to be amazing and long lasting. i think it's from japan.

Yes, there's Diorshow Mascara if you want a fail-safe formula but if you want to take it to another level, this mascara is so spectacular especially for Asian girls. It's a bestseller because it's great!

I have short, straight asian lashes and once I heard about this mascara I immediately went out to buy it. Right away, I didn't see the "false-lash" length I read about. I returned this product and tried other "long lasting, wash off with water" mascaras (CARGO Texas Lash and Clinique Lash Power). I wasn't impressed. The brush on CARGO was too big to get all my lashes and was so hard to wash off, I ended up using makeup remover, rubbing and losing lashes. Clinique, although having a perfectly sized smaller brush for a more precise application, was also more difficult to remove than Imju. I'm going back to Imju -- I only wish the brush was smaller to reach all my little lashes.

Fiberwig is the top-selling mascara in Japan, creating "false eyelash-like" results without all of the fuss. Plus it's water-resistant, long-lasting and clump-proof. I'm making a note to pick up one at Sephora this weekend.

oh to have long, luxurious lashes....this is supposed to be awesome - and it 's the #1 selling mascara in Japan. Stay tunes - I plan on trying it out in the next few weeks
