I have two configurations of the Tostobueno® that I have yet to release to the public. I love seeing jaws drop when I pull out these super tostoneras that capitalize on the idea that to make tostones you should have options.

I love the Tostobueno, because it's our product . . . our heart and soul. The people behind Tostobueno, The Ultimate Tostonera: ChefDonClark (designer of the Tostobueno and deisgn patent owner), Ainsley, Evelyn, Janet and Veronica all believe that a bunch of people can get together and make a difference through food. The Tostobueno is simply a plantain masher, but what a plantain masher. Made in eco-friendly bamboo many have called it a "work of art."
