First discovered this when I read a funny story about Mrs. Skinny herself...Posh Spice...she was apparently caught by a photog struttin' her skinny stuff while carrying this very book...there were giggles all over the world! Oh! the irony, but alas this book is really awesome! It's really informative and I've changed a lot of my eating habits after reading this book! (via Barnes & Noble)

I actually hated this book, it's a PETA sales pitch masquerading as sound advice. The introduction is great, but then it's all down hill from there. Unless you are strongly considering becoming a vegetarian or vegan, I don't recommend this book.
