  Girls, I'm designing a evening gown using sequinned tiger print, accented with marabou boa at hemline and feathered caps on shoulder straps -- too much? Once done, I will submit a photo to this site, but first to the contest board. Love the feather vest and was wondering if feather accessories still in, I guess that answers my question.
