I don't know what it is about asparagus, but this vegetable is ever-present on plates of skinny people, IF they choose to indulge in eating! Now, I personallylike my asparagus, steamed and with my Grandmother's hollandaise sauce, but if eating like a Fashionista, skip the sauce and maybe even the steaming and just eat it as is!
