Big face-covering sunglasses are an essential for me. Tortoise shell is less harsh on the skin than black frames, so I love these! I have a pair pretty similar and they help make me look like I'm awake and refreshed, even when underneath I'm far from it. Not to mention they provide great protection from glare and prevent any crow's feet from forming. Yay! Just try not to get too much of an aviator tan.

These are more practical sunglasses than other ones i recommended. They go with everything and the border pattern is grrrrrrrrrreat (via amazon.com)
