You would be surprised how good of a core workout it is to stand on the bosu and try to keep balanced.
I want one of these to stand on while watching tv for a great, easy workout at home.
I first used one of these with a trainer at the gym. I couldn't believe how well it worked and how challenging it is.
Its a little pricey at about $100 for the bosu with pump and workout video, but if you hate working out and are looking for something that might be a little different, you might want to give the Bosu a try.
