I have an imperfect memory. And over time I've found that the best way to ensure I remember some important information is to write it down or record it. Over the years I've gone through all sorts of voice recorders. When the last one's audio quality became unbearable I went and researched my heart out until I found this little delight. This is the latest in a long series and by far the best.

The audio quality is excellent. I can hear myself clearly despite recording conditions where background noise might interfere with the audio. I think it's because of the dual mic it employs pulls the nearby sounds in. It's comes with AA rechargeable batteries and a charging stand. You can use store bought batteries in a pinch but so far it has been unnecessary or me. It also offers a USB connection to your computer which can also charge the device (it's built into the stand) along with software to import the audio.

A highly recommended addition to the toolchest of any highly effective person.
