When I train an athlete they have to wear a multi function monitor. They track their results and keep records on their computer with this sophisticated gadget. It comes in other colors as well. It has more modalities than any other pulse watch I have ever used. You cannot manage what you do not measure. There is a science to burning fat and getting fit. You have to work in your target fat burning zone for a specified amount of time if you are serious about getting lean and fit. A pulse watch is a great way to monitor your training intensity.
