Weetabix Cereal

Its a British thing. Weetabix is really a curious cereal that is very tasty and also very healthy for you. Each package contains 24 'bricks' made from hearty whole grain wheat. The texture is crumbly and brittle. Some people pour milk over it to make it mushy - not my favorite. Others like to spread regular or peanut butter or jam and eat it like a biscuit - doing it this way lets you enjoy the crispy texture and how it melts away in your mouth. Or you could just eat them plain, though you should eat them over something unless you want to leave a trail of evidence.
You can buy this from the site linked but you can probably find this cheaper at many supermarkets not just those specializing in international fare. You probably walked past it on your way to pick up some more Count Chocula or Trix.
Its organic, whole wheat, high fiber and of course, its British!

Fell in love with this cereal while in Ireland. Tastes great and is good for you. I'm so happy my local supermarket carries it! :-D
