Vitamins aren't particularly glamorous but they are essential for having a beautiful foundation. Like a lot of unenlightened folks I was taking some multivitamin that centrum made-and not feel all that healthy actually (made me weirdly nauseous). My super cool doctor recommended these to me and they have just about EVERYTHING in them. My regular vitamin popping with these has paid off really well-I feel more energetic, I digest better (thanks to enzymes), my skin looks great and heals faster, etc. etc. 3 a day, that's all ya need!
