M*A*C, has such bright, rich colors that work for all skin types. The color that i have been using for a while is Electric Eel. Its the cutest blue and it works for a day and night look. In the morning for classes, I only apply a light amount, just enough to see some color, at night, i use the shade stick in the same color and apply the eye shadow (the shade stick allows the shadow so stay on longer and give your eyelids a splash of color, you can also use the shade stick by its self which is another plus!) I recommend this product for everyone even the first time M*A*C users. you'll have a lot of fun with this eye shadow.

I'm a big fan of MAC cosmetics and Dazzleglass delivers just a little bit differently than may be expected. If you go to MAC's professional website you can find the color swatches represented best there. Rather than a representation color swatch of the actual color, the larger "swatch" is an image of the actual product along with excellent descriptions of the color. One note, Dazzleglass is an edgy line in which the sparkly component called "Pearl" has the largest particles of any of the lipglass products. Nordstrom, where I buy most of my MAC product, didn't have the entire line so I ordered additional items online. My favorite of the line is Bare Necessity described as a "Caramel apricot with red and gold pearl (glitter)" and Get Rich Quick described as "Warm Yellow Brown" but fails to note that the pearl aspect is a coppery gold. The line is fun and contemporary and especially great for going out on the town. For those who work in anything less than conservative professional environments, you can probably get away with wearing Dazzleglass at work.

So I'm told by the ultra hip make-up artiste at the MAC Store that this is THE shade that Gwen Stefani and Christina Aguilera wears. Ruby Woo. I'm thinking, hmmm... They are platinum blondes and very light complexion, and I'm well... Not. I was looking for a classic matte red, but wasn't sure I could pull it off. So after she insisted on trying it on, Ruby Woo-ed-me-and-wowed-me. It was surprisingly the perfect shade. This is not your typical Cougar red. It is somehow fresh enough to make the girl in us all stand up and say, "Look Ma, I'm all grown up!"

this eyeliner is so soft and glides on so easy - even on your inner eyelids. i love it in smolder, a true black. it's so gentle it doesn't bother my super sensitive eyes. it can go from very subtle to very dramatic, a la theda bara.

I love the moonbathe eye shadow. I love how just a little of the color goes a long way and makes your eyes pop!

Any makeup from MAC cosmetics. I have become a die-hard MAC fan a couple of years ago at a local department store. The colors are all so brilliant and amazing, and trust me when I say a little goes a long way. They may seem a little pricey (around $14 and up), but you can try the colors on right there (don't have to worry about returns) and they are really high-quality products. You just can't get the same consistent quality and fabulous colors in drugstore products.
