These new Baking/Counter Mats are the most amazing kitchen products! You can put the Baking Mat, which is made of Silicone/Silicone-based woven fabric, on a cookie sheet or cake pan and they not only keep baked goods from burning, but protect the pans and minimize the cleanup. The Counter Mat, made of the same materials, is the perfect surface to roll out or knead dough, make hamburger patties and more.
