FAGE (pronounced Fa'-yeh!) yogurt is sent from the gods. I am totally obsessed with this yogurt. It is delicious alone...with fruit...honey...splenda...granola...wheat germ...experiment with it! ! It has tons of protein so you stay full for a long time...it is a "best practice" breakfast in my house! The consistency is great too! Check with FAGE to find out where to get it in you area (usually just gourmet grocery stores), but lately I've seen it in the large chains too.

delicious and if you get the 0% it's guilt free! I prefer mine with blueberries and occasionally with granola. There are options for mix-in's but I only go with those for portability - mix in your own stuff and you can never go wrong!

This yogurt is simply the best. There's a lower fat version, but if you can handle the calories (c'mon, it's yogurt!) go ahead and indulge in the full-fat version, and be glad for it. It's thick and creamy, and great on its own. If you're a granola-and-yogurt lover, you'll be delighted the way that they blend without becoming a sad slop the way some wetter yogurts do. Add a little honey or jam, and you've got something tasty enough to consider a simple dessert. It's a perfect substitute for sour cream (in fact, I prefer it), or for use in recipes that require a similarly-constituted dairy product. Or, use it as a condiment: try a dollop on top of your chili, or with that baked potato, or in your fajitas... you get the idea.
