Ok, I know that you have seen the Total Gym On TV and probably wondered does it work? Does Chuck & Christie really use the Total Gym?
Well the answers are yes, yes and yes.
Chuck Norris starting using the Total Gym to stay in shape over 30 years ago (really 30 years). Christie then learned about the Total Gym 10 years ago and has continued to use it ever since. Even though they both use the same piece of equipment they use it two totally different ways.
Chuck uses it for strength and for muscle building (like he isn't strong enough already) and Christie uses it to keep the fat off and to keep her great shape.
So whether your a man and want to build muscle or a woman who wants to keep her feminine shape the Total Gym can help you reach your goals.
