The cool new Prepara Trio ($15) combines three different peeler blades into one unique, ergonomic tool. All three blades are crafted of Japanese surgical steel for maximum performance and durability and are nested inside the handle for safety. If you want to peel tomatoes, peaches or other soft-skinned fruits, select the Soft Blade, if you want to peel hard produce like potatoes, carrots or cucumbers, select the Hard Blade and if you want to julienne carrots for salads or shoestring potatoes, select the Julienne Blade. No matter the peeling job, you'll be prepared , plus you'll save room in your kitchen gadget drawer too! (via Michael Kiely)

What I like is I won't cut my finger when I reach in the drawer for this cutter.
