Having used many graters and citrus zesters, finally there is something that really, really works! The microplane grater grates hard cheeses with ease and the citrus grater makes fine slivers of citrus peal and grates chocolate as well.

Oh how I love my microplane. I use it all the time to zest ginger, garlic, and anything citrus into my sautes, salads, and dressings. Zesting some lemon into your stir fry adds a delightfully resfreshing and unexpected flavor. Play around with different zests and discover one you love. Then share your hints with me : )
